Kjellberg Academy under New Management

At the beginning of this year, Enrico Muschick, head of the service department, has additionally taken over the management of the Kjellberg Academy. His team including Mrs. Anne-Katrin Kämmerer, Mr. René Lehmann and Mr. René Rolka, will now revise and refine the existing theoretical and practical contents. During this process, special attention will be paid to customer needs, the experiences of the Kjellberg service staff as well as the valuable feedback from our customers. All this will be included in developing the new inhouse or on-site training courses. „The service technicians of our OEMs and dealers as well as the operators and maintenance technicians of our end customers will be qualified as usual by providing the required training contents“ assures Enrico Muschick, who has taken over the office from the previous head of the Kjellberg Academy Mr. Frank Pohle.

 

After having worked with Kjellberg Finsterwalde for many years, Frank Pohle decided to pursue a new career path. At the company site in the Brandenburg town of Finsterwalde, the former conference centre is currently used as Kjellberg Academy for product-related training courses – especially regarding plasma cutting technique. In future, the team of the Kjellberg Academy will meet the challenges of digitalization and will also provide location-independent media learning contents in the form of online tutorials and webinars.
